Shipping Policy

  • FWD Clothing Company, LLC ships via USPS. FWD Clothing Company, LLC shall not be liable for any delays, loss, or damage while products are in transit. This stays true unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. FWD Clothing Company, LLC shall use our standard method for packaging and shipping such products and shipment shall be in accordance with FWD Clothing Company, LLC current shipping method. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you upon receipt of full payment to FWD Clothing Company, LLC.
  • For orders lost or stolen in transit, please contact us at sales@fwdclothing.com to discuss. Because FWD Clothing Company, LLC sets high standards for quality customer experience, at FWD Clothing Company, LLC discretion, we will offer a one (1) time redelivery of the same product. In the event the redelivery is lost, damaged, or delayed while in transit, FWD Clothing Company, LLC shall not be liable.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • We provide full refunds up to 30 days after the original purchase date. Refunds are credited to the card used in the original transaction.
  • If customer(s) would like to return their item(s), please email sales@fwdclothing.com with their order # and reason for return. At this point, our sales and support team will provide a return label to the email provided for customer(s) to return the product. Upon receiving the product, the customer(s) will receive a full refund to the card used at purchase. 
  • We accept exchanges and requests for store credit up to 30 days after the original purchase date.

Refunds typically appear on your statement 2-3 business days after the refund is initiated. Store credit is issued immediately after processing the return and will be emailed directly to you. The total price of your refund or store credit may vary from the listed price of each item based on any discounts or taxes applied to the original order. Please inform us if your credit card information has changed since your original order.
